基于工程实践的一种太阳能无碳小车设计

为设计一款具有方向控制功能的太阳能无碳小车,首先通过SolidWorks软件对小车进行了整体三维建模,然后设计了小车的关键机构,包括传动机构、微调转向机构和凸轮的设计,并选择适合的电机.在满足无碳小车尺寸要求的前提下,借助MATLAB软件对小车的运行长征轨迹进行了凸轮仿真和轨迹优化.最后,通过Motion运动仿真成功验证了小车设计方案的合理性,实现了太阳能驱动和固定点打卡的功能要求.设计出的小车结构简单、性能良好、运行效率高,为今后将太阳能技术应用于无碳小车设计提供了一种新的方法和思路.
Design of a Solar Carbon-free Car based on Engineering Practices
To design a solar carbon-free car with direction control function,the SolidWorks software is first used to establish the 3D model of the car.Then,the key mechanisms of the car are designed,including the transmission mechanism,fine-tuning steering mechanism,and cam design,followed by the selection of a suitable motor.On the premise of meeting the size requirements of the carbon-free car,the cam motion and optimization of the car's long trajectory are conducted.Finally,the feasibility of the car design is successfully verified by Motion simulation,and the functional requirements of solar propulsion and fixed-point punch card are realized.The designed car has the advantages of simple structure,good performance and high operational efficiency,which provides a new approach and idea for the application of solar energy technology in the future design of carbon-free car.
