基于小波与曲波变换的受电弓碳滑板边缘检测方法

以动车组列车的受电弓碳滑板为研究对象,针对目前在受电弓滑板边缘检测处理过程中存在的噪声抑制、缘不够精细的问题,提出了一种新的受电弓边缘检测方法.首先,对原图像进行小波变换得到增强后的图像,再对原图像实施曲波变换得到增强后的图像,然后通过多次对比取 0.9:0.1 的比例对增强后的图像进行融合,获得最佳的融合效果,得到新的图像,最后使用 Canny 算子对增强后的图像进行边缘检测得到最终的边缘图像.此方法结合了小波变换可以在覆盖整个频域有效地提取图像奇异点信息与曲波变换对曲线奇异性检测效果良好的优点,可以对图像的细节、边缘信息进行很好的描绘,有效地提升了图像清晰度,为边缘检测质量提供了保障.通过与基于小波变换和基于曲波变换降噪后的边缘检测结果作比较,证实了通过上述检测方法获得的结果相较于其他两种方法更好,受电弓滑板边缘提取的效果更佳.
Edge Detection Method of Pantograph Carbon Slide Plate Based on Wavelet and Curvelet Transform
In order to solve the problems of noise suppression and insufficient edge in the process of edge detection of pantograph carbon slide plate of electric multiple units,a new method is proposed.Firstly,the original image is subjected respectively to wavelet transform and curvelet transform,so as to obtain the enhanced images.Then,after multiple comparisons,the enhanced images are fused at a ratio of 0.9:0.1 to obtain the best fusion effect.In this way,a new image is obtained.Finally,the Canny operator is used to perform edge detection on the new image to obtain the final edge image.This method combines the advantages of wavelet transform and curvelet transform,which can not only effectively extract image singularity information in the whole frequency domain,but also have a good effect on curve singularity detection.It can describe the details and edge information of the image well,effectively improve the image clarity,and provide a guarantee for the quality of edge detection.By comparing with the edge detection results based on wavelet transform and curvelet transform,it is proved that the results obtained by the above detection method are better than the other two methods,and the edge extraction effect of pantograph slide plate is better.
