Optimization Design of a Pipeline Inspection Vehicle
This article focuses on optimizing and improving the movement mode,detection method,and cleaning mechanism of traditional inspection vehicles,as well as adding a righting mechanism.The main optimization of this design is the detection function.The optimized detection device offers 360° rotation and vertical lifting capabilities,with infrared sensing and ultrasonic detection function to achieve comprehensive detection of pipeline cracks and damaged cables.After screening various movement modes,the Mecanum wheel is selected as the wheel system structure,which can travel through various types of pipelines,enhancing versatility.At the same time,to solve the problem of difficult cleaning,an adsorption mechanism and a clamp are used to achieve comprehensive and thorough cleaning of complex and small areas inside the pipeline.A righting mechanism is added to improve the inspection vehicle's ability to deal with emergencies.The lifting and power systems of the inspection vehicle are analyzed,and the structural design of the inspection vehicle is verified through finite element simulation,which demonstrates the feasibility and safety of the design.
