Design of Hierarchical Data Model and Data Application Architecture for Intelligent Terminal Production System
With the industrial Internet production business service fully integrated into enterprise production line management,in which the data subjects and data service forms are becoming increasingly diversified and complex,the traditional data service architecture based on MES can no longer meet the actual needs.In response to this,this article focuses on the complex data flows and logical relationships in the digital and networked production organization of intelligent terminals.A hierarchical data description model and data application architecture based on thematic data configuration is proposed,which facilitates master data management from data collection,data governance,data storage to data aggregation for global production management and decision-making.The results of the demonstration application across multiple SMT assembly lines and complete machine production lines show that the application architecture can not only provide application service data for all levels of production system personnel and various types of senior business managers,but also delivers efficient data analysis services to decision-makers.
