Development of A Remote Wood Chipper Monitoring System
Wood chipper is an emerging green environmental protection machine,which is used in complex and dynamic outdoor scenes.In order to monitor and ensure its stable and efficient work in real time,a remote monitoring system for wood chipper is designed and developed in this paper.The system is composed of two parts:data acquisition and monitoring platform.STM32F103 is used as the main control chip in the data acquisition part to collect various operating data of the wood chipper and upload it to the cloud server.The monitoring platform enables remote visual monitoring of the operating status of the wood chipper,displays the data reflecting the current working condition in real time,and allows the query of the historical operating status of the equipment.The clustering algorithm is used to identify the operating data,and the results show that the data identification accuracy rate is over 96%,and the whole machine test basically meets the design requirements.
