45钢/Q355钢异种钢连续驱动摩擦焊接工艺研究

摘要
采用连续驱动摩擦焊方法制备了 45 钢/Q355 钢异种钢接头,研究不同工艺参数对接头组织和力学性能的影响.结果显示,在摩擦转速850 r/min、总压缩量10 mm的条件下,接头抗拉强度可达529 MPa,显示出优良的性能.断裂发生在Q355 钢的热影响区,表明焊接接头具有较高的强度.随着摩擦压力增加,接头显微硬度提高,焊核区硬度最高达 352.5HV.低摩擦压缩量时接头易出现孔洞,结合效果不佳.焊缝中心界面清晰,两种金属组织在一定距离处发生交错.45 钢侧组织不均匀,在热机械影响区(TMAZ)铁素体析出较少,而在热影响区(HAZ)铁素体形成较多.Q355 钢侧的焊核区(WZ)形成细小等轴晶.
Abstract
The continuous drive friction welding method is used to prepare a dissimilar steel joint of the 45 steel and the Q355 steel to study the effect of different process parameters on the organization and mechanical properties of the joints.The results show that the tensile strength of the joint can reach 529 MPa under the condition of friction speed of 850r/min and total compression of 10mm,showing excellent performance.The fracture occurs in the heat affected zone of the Q355 steel,indicating that the welded joints have high strength.With the increase of friction pressure,the micro hardness of the joint increases,and the hardness of the weld core area reaches up to 352.5 HV.The joint is prone to porosity with poor bonding effect.The weld center interface is clear,and the two metal microstructures are interlaced at a certain distance.The 45 steel side has uneven microstructure with less ferrite precipitation in the thermos-mechanically affected zone(TMAZ)and more ferrite formation in the heat affected zone(HAZ).Fine isometric crystals are formed in the weld nugget zone(WZ)on the Q355 steel side.
