反应等离子喷涂技术是将自蔓延高温合成技术和等离子喷涂技术有机地结合而发展起来的一种涂层制备新技术,主要综述了反应等离子喷涂技术的基本原理、特点以及典型涂层的种类和性能特点等,该类涂层与基体结合良好,分布较均匀,致密性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性均较好。最后提出了反应等离子喷涂技术在热力学和动力学方面还需要进一步研究的理论问题和实际应用中的问题。
Progress of Reactive Plasma Spraying Process
Reactive plasma spraying process is a new technique which combines the advantages of self- propagating high-temperature synthesis and plasma spraying process to prepare the coatings. The principles and characteristic of the reactive plasma spraying process are summarized, and the typical reactive plasma sprayed coatings is also introduced, including the type and the characteristics. The coatings combine with the matrix well, distribute uniformly, have good compactness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. At last for the further application, some theoretical problems in thermodynamics and kinetics as well as practical application problems are figured out.
