轧制变形量对15Cr氧化物弥散强化钢显微组织与力学性能的影响

摘要
采用热等静压工艺制备了 15Cr氧化物弥散强化(15Cr-ODS)钢并对其进行轧制,研究了轧制变形量(0,30%,50%,70%)对试验钢显微组织与力学性能的影响.结果表明:轧制可以提高试验钢的密度,但变形量对密度无明显影响;随轧制变形量增加,试验钢晶粒细化,组织各向异性更加显著,析出相尺寸变大,分布密度降低;轧制后试验钢的显微硬度、室温至600 ℃的抗拉强度和断后伸长率均提高;随轧制变形量增加,显微硬度增加,但抗拉强度无明显变化.
Abstract
15Cr oxide dispersion strengthened(15Cr-ODS)steel was prepared by hot isostatic pressing and then rolled.The effects of rolling deformation amount(0,30%,50%,70%)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel were studied.The results show that rolling could increase the density of the test steel,but the deformation amount had no obvious effect on the density.With the increase of rolling deformation amount,the grain size of the test steel was refined,the microstructure anisotropy was more significant,the size of the precipitated phase increased,and the distribution density decreased.After rolling,the microhardness,tensile strength from room temperature to 600 ℃,percentage elongation after fracture of the test steel all increased.With the increase of rolling deformation amount,the microhardness increased,and the tensile strength had no obvious change.
