向Al-5Mg-3Zn合金中分别复合添加了锆(0。1%,质量分数,下同)和铒(0。2%)、锆(0。1%)和钪(0。2%),并进行热轧,研究了铒-锆、钪-锆微量添加对合金显微组织、拉伸性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:复合添加锆-铒或锆-钪元素能使合金热轧后保留更多变形组织,抑制合金的动态再结晶,且锆-钪元素的抑制作用强于锆-铒;热轧态Al-5Mg-3Zn合金晶内出现少量尺寸较大的 T 相,热轧态 Al-5Mg-3Zn-0。2Er-0。1Zr、Al-5Mg-3Zn-0。2Sc-0。1Zr 合金晶内除了 T 相,还分别存在Al3(Er,Zr)相和Al3(Sc,Zr)相,3种试验合金晶界处均无析出相和沉淀析出带;相比热轧态Al-5Mg-3Zn合金,热轧态Al-5Mg-3Zn-0。2Er-0。1Zr合金抗拉强度、屈服强度分别提升了 9。3%,34。3%,热轧态Al-5Mg-3Zn-0。2Sc-0。1Zr合金分别提升了 24。8%,35。6%;3种热轧态试验合金均保持良好的耐腐蚀性,热轧态Al-5Mg-3Zn合金的耐腐蚀性能更优。
Effect of Er/Sc-Zr Microaddition on Microstructure and Properties of Hot-rolled Al-5Mg-3Zn Alloy
Microalloying elements of Zr(0.1wt%)-Er(0.2wt%)and Zr(0.1wt%)-Sc(0.2wt%)were added to Al-5Mg-3Zn alloys,and Al-5Mg-3Zn-0.2Er-0.1Zr,Al-5Mg-3Zn-0.2Sc-0.1Zr alloys were obtained.The three alloys were hot rolled.The effects of microalloying elements on the microstructure,tensile properties and corrosion resistance of alloy were studied.The results show that the addition of Zr-Er or Zr-Sc elements could retain more deformed structures and inhibited the dynamic recrystallization of the alloy in hot rolling,and the inhibition effect of Zr-Sc elements was stronger than that of Zr-Er elements.A small number of large T phases appeared in Al-5Mg-3Zn hot-rolled alloys.In addition to T phases,Al3(Er,Zr)and Al3(Sc,Zr)phases also existed in Al-5Mg-3Zn-0.2Er-0.1Zr and Al-5Mg-3Zn-0.2Sc-0.1Zr hot-rolled alloys,respectively.There was no precipitated phase or precipitated zone at grain boundaries of the three test alloys.Compared with those of Al-5Mg-3Zn hot-rolled alloy,the tensile strength and yield strength of Al-5Mg-3Zn-0.2Er-0.1Zr hot-rolled alloy were increased by 9.3%and 34.3%,respectively,and that of Al-5Mg-3Zn-0.2Sc-0.1Zr hot-rolled alloy increased by 24.8%and 35.6%,respectively.All three hot-rolled test alloys maintained good corrosion resistance,and Al-5Mg-3Zn hot-rolled alloy had better corrosion resistance.
