Steam Oxidation Resistance Behavior of Domestic and Imported TP310HNBN Steel at 650 ℃
Steam oxidation tests of domestic and imported TP310HNbN steel were carried out at 650 ℃ for 100,200,410,650,1 000 h.The steam oxidation resistance behavior of both was studied in contrast by the morphology, composition analysis of the inner wall of steel pipe. The results show that with the extension of oxidation time, the oxide film of domestic test steel changed from discontinuous to continuous, forming a double-layer structure with uneven thickness, and there were holes in the outer layer of the oxide film, and the inner layer was relatively dense. The oxide film of imported test steel was dense and thin during the whole oxidation process, and the thickness of the oxide film was even. The domestic test steel formed iron oxides with poor protective properties at high temperature, and the imported test steel formed chromium oxides those could block the oxidation process. The oxidation property of imported TP310HNbN steel was better than that of domestic TP310HNbN steel.
