在2Cr13型高氮耐蚀塑料模具钢中添加质量分数0.5%的钼元素,研究了钼元素对淬火和回火后该钢显微组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:钼的添加缩小了试验钢的奥氏体相区,淬火后的残余奥氏体体积分数为8.49%,低于不含钼试验钢(9.05%);钼的添加使得回火态试验钢的强度、硬度以及冲击吸收能量均得到提高,其中屈服强度提高了 12%.盐雾腐蚀试验后回火态试验钢主要发生点蚀,含钼试验钢表面的点蚀坑数量较少,尺寸较小,其腐蚀速率为0.072 1 g·m-2·h-1,远小于不含钼试验钢(0.161 2g·m-2·h-1);含钼试验钢的极化曲线中存在明显的钝化区,而不含钼试验钢不存在钝化区.含钼试验钢的耐腐蚀性能优于不含钼试验钢.
Effect of Mo Element on Microstructure and Properties of 2Cr13 Type High Nitrogen Corrosion Resistant Plastic Die Steel
2Cr13 type high nitrogen corrosion resistant plastic die steel was added with 0.5wt%Mo.The effect of Mo element on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the steel after quenching and tempering was studied.The results show that the addition of Mo reduced the austenite phase zone of the test steel,and after quenching the residual austenite volume fraction was 8.49%,which was lower than that in the Mo-free test steel(9.05%).The addition of Mo improved the strength,hardness and impact absorption energy of the test steel,and the yield strength increased by 12%.After the salt spray corrosion test,pitting of the tempered test steels mainly occurred,and the pits on the surface of the Mo-containing test steel were less in number and size,and the corrosion rate was 0.072 1 g·m-2·h-1,which was much lower than that of the Mo-free test steel(0.161 2 g·m-2·h-1).There was a clear passivation zone in the polarization curve of the Mo-containing test steel,but there was no passivation zone in the Mo-free test steel.The corrosion resistance of the Mo-containing test steel was better than that of the Mo-free test steel.
