纳米SiO2复合粒子/有机硅低聚物透明超疏水复合涂层的制备及其性能

将Stöber法制备的胶体SiO2粒子溶液与粉体SiO2粒子进行物理共混得到SiO2复合粒子溶液,以三乙氧基甲基硅烷(MTES)与正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体制备的酸性有机硅低聚物为黏结剂,使用3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅(KH540)与全氟癸基三甲基氧硅(PFDT)对其进行改性,通过喷涂法在玻璃基底上制备出SiO2 复合粒子/酸性有机硅低聚物复合透明超疏水涂层.考察了 SiO2 复合粒子、酸性有机硅低聚物、KH540 及 PFDT 对复合涂层的影响.结果表明,当SiO2复合粒子溶液由粒径为110 nm的胶体SiO2粒子溶液与粒径为50 nm的粉体SiO2粒子(其用量为胶体SiO2粒子溶液质量的1%)组成、SiO2复合粒子溶液与酸性有机硅稀释液质量比为4∶1、KH540 与 PFDT 的添加量(以混合液总质量计,下同)均为 1%时,制备的复合涂层在可见光波长范围内透光率可达88%,静态接触角达155°,在 800目砂纸上磨损60 cm后仍能保持超疏水性能,具有良好的自清洁性.
Preparation and properties of transparent superhydrophobic composite coatings of nano SiO2 composite particles/organosilicon oligomers
SiO2 composite particles solution was firstly prepared from physical blending of colloidal SiO2 particles solution,which was obtained via Stöber method,with powder SiO2 particles and then modified by 3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane(KH540)and perfluoro-decyl trimethyloxysilane(PFDT).SiO2 composite particles/acidic organosilicon oligomer composite superhydrophobic coating was synthesized by spraying the modified SiO2 composite particles solution on glass substrate using acidic organosilicon oligomer prepared from polymerization of triethoxymethylsilane(MTES)and ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)as bonding agent.The influence of SiO2 composite particles,acidic silicone oligomer,KH540 and PFDT on the composite coating were further investigated.The results showed that when the SiO2 composite particles solution consisting of colloidal SiO2 particles with a particle size of 110 nm and 50 nm powder SiO2 particles(The dosage was 1%of the mass of colloidal SiO2 particles solution),the mass ratio of SiO2 composite particles solution to acidic silicone diluent was 4:1,and the addition amount of both KH540 and PFDT was 1%of the total mass of mixed solution,the thus prepared composite coating could achieve light transmittance of 88%in the visible light wavelength range with a static contact angle of 155°,and maintain superhydrophobicity after 60 cm abrasion on 800 mesh sandpaper,with good self-cleaning property.
