Research on the Formation Path of Spiritual Community in Ethnic Universities from the Perspective of"Excellent Communist Youth League Members"
It is the soul of multi-ethnic higher education to construct the spiritual community of ethnic col-leges and universities,and subsequently the Chinese nation community.However,the construction is still in the state of"knowing after doing",lacking empirical analysis and effective theoretical guidance.This study focuses on the path of spiritual community construction of"Excellent Communist Youth League Members",and discuss-es the significance,connotation,methods and systematization of spiritual community construction in ethnic uni-versities.According to the activation-diffusion model,the psychological structure of the concept of"Excellent Communist Youth League Members"of ethnic college students can be divided into four aspects:positive quality,traditional virtues & ideal of peace,national leaders & moral models,party and youth organizations & legal mo-rality.These four aspects conform to the essential characteristics of the value system internalized in the spiritual community and the formal social control force.Positive qualities,traditional virtues & ideal of peace constitute the internal moral value system,while national leaders & moral models,party and youth organizations & legal morality constitute the external normative system.On this basis,this study discusses the construction of the Com-munist Youth League community in ethnic universities,and builds a spiritual community system in ethnic univer-sities with the Communist Youth League as the carrier,to work together with academic communities,manage-ment communities and multi-ethnic communities.In the process of building spiritual community in ethnic univer-sities,students from various ethnic groups are deeply integrated into the Chinese national community.
