Scientific attitude and responsibility literacy are the important highlights of the new curriculum reform of physics in middle schools in China.The implementation of scientific attitude and responsibility litera-cy at the macro-level and the implementation strategy at the micro-level are beneficial to the curriculum transfor-mation and spiritual generation of front-line teachers in the implementing process.The basic approaches to the implementation of scientific attitude and responsibility literacy include curriculum approach,activity approach,and cultural approach.The effective strategies of carrying out scientific attitude and responsibility literacy in-clude literacy benchmarking strategy,literacy extraction strategy,literacy penetration strategy,and literacy gener-ation strategy.
