Research on the Operational Dilemma and Breakthrough Mechanism of Industry-education Integration——An Analysis of Game Theory and New Institutional Economics
At present,there are widespread problems in the industry-education integration systems in China,such as inadequate integration,poor practice effect,and low performance.The disconnection between talent culti-vation and industrial development needs,the difficulty in in-depth goal fitting of industry and education,and the complication in achieving effective resource sharing are still deep-seated issues.With analytical frameworks such as game theory and new institutional economics,it can be found that the operation dilemmas of industry-ed-ucation integration are caused by bounded rationality,information asymmetry,opportunism,uncertain coopera-tion results,insufficient law system support,and inefficient implementation.To better overcome the above dilem-mas,it is necessary to establish a"rational"adjustment mechanism,use big data technology for decision-making,build an information connectivity and sharing mechanism,improve governance structure and contract gover-nance,clarify the result expectation of industry-education integration,improve institutional supply,and strength-en institutional implementation.
