The Optimization of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Local Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Balancing Knowledge and Abilities
From the perspective of educational ecology,the construction of the innovation and entrepreneur-ship education ecosystem contributes to the implementation of the top-level design of the innovation and entre-preneurship education in colleges and universities.It aims to cultivate students'abilities in innovation,entrepre-neurship,practical operations,and job competence,thereby enhancing the relevance,effectiveness,and applica-bility of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.In the construction of this ecosystem,many local colleges and universities are facing the challenge of a disconnect between knowledge transmission and ability development,which significantly impacts the quality of talent cultivation,leading to a mismatch between the talent supply from universities and the talent demand in the local context.Therefore,local colleges and universities should base their efforts on the theory of educational ecology,prioritize the balance be-tween knowledge and abilities,and optimize cognitive concepts,curriculum design,platform infrastructure,and operational mechanisms,so as to establish a diverse,collaborative,and efficient innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
