The Influencing Factors and Cultivation Strategies of Rural Kindergarten Teachers'Sense of Local Identity
The sense of local identity highlights subject's perception and affection to the place,and enhanc-ing the sense of local identity is helpful to improve the retention intention and professional development level of rural kindergarten teachers.This study takes 28 rural kindergarten teachers as the research objects,conducts in-depth interviews around the influencing factors of the sense of local identity,and codes and analyzes the ob-tained research data based on the grounded theory.It is found that rural kindergarten teachers'sense of local identity is mainly influenced by four factors:subjective awareness,cultural influence,relationship construction and conditional support.Among them,subject awareness is the key to deepening teachers'sense of local identi-ty.Cultural influence,relationship construction and conditional support influence teachers'local identity,local attachment,and local dependence respectively,and also influence teachers'subject awareness.In order to culti-vate teachers'good sense of local identity,multi-dimensional empowerment should be promoted to stimulate teachers'intrinsic drive to integrate into the countryside;emphasize the cultural atmosphere of kindergarten-vil-lage integration via consolidating the foundation and expanding the new thought;strengthen the relationship con-nection to create an interactive environment of kindergarten-village inter-dependence;and coordinate the efforts of all parties to provide diversified support for kindergarten-village resonance.
