The Logic Path of Coordinating Innovation Among Vocational Education,Higher Education,and Continuing Education
The"coordinated innovation among vocational education,higher education and continuing edu-cation"proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a strategic guideline for exploring the new path of socialist education development with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It not only helps to promote the sustainable development of vocational education,higher education and con-tinuing education in China,but also has far-reaching significance for optimizing the overall effectiveness of the education system and deepening comprehensive reforms in the education field.This new proposition has a dis-tinct logic basis.It is not only the latest form of secondary education in the world today,but also an inherent re-quirement for the high-quality development of the"three educations",and a necessary choice for China to opti-mize its education structure.However,there are still certain conceptual barriers,institutional bottlenecks,and mechanism obstacles in promoting coordinated innovation in the"three educations"in practice,which urgently need to be eliminated,cleared,and resolved.From the perspective of the logical generation of coordinated inno-vation in the"three educations",it is necessary to adhere tothe basic principles of active collaboration,holistic aggregation,complementary mutual promotion,and coordinated development,take provincial government's ed-ucation coordination as the guide,rely on the national qualification framework,be driven by industry-education integration and the science-education integration,and be supported by education digitalization,so as to actively explore the practical promotion path and effective operation mechanism of coordinated innovation in the"three educations".
