城市高质量发展是经济社会可持续发展的本质要求和基本特征,是推进我国新型城镇化的重要目标和战略导向,也是当前我国加快发展新质生产力的根本旨归.高质量发展的关键在于充分认识人力资源在经济社会发展中的重要作用.职业教育作为与经济社会发展密切相关的类型教育,具有促进经济高质量发展的经济价值、增强滞后群体致富能力的社会价值和促进实现教育公平的教育价值.计划经济以来,职业教育在城市建设的不同阶段充分发挥了培养技术技能人才的重要作用,为城市高质量发展做出巨大贡献.进入新时代,准确把握职业教育服务城市高质量发展的内涵机理,厘清职业教育服务城市高质量发展的逻辑理路,在此基础上以职业教育为引领,建立城市战略、社会需求和人力资源开发的有机联系,抓好立德树人、管理体系建设和多元协同创新,为城市高质量发展提供更加坚实可靠的智力支持.
Vocational Education Serving Urban High-Quality Development:Connotation Interpretation,Logic Path,and Practice Approach
Urban high-quality development is the essential requirement and basic feature of sustainable eco-nomic and social development,an important goal and strategic orientation to promote the new type of urbaniza-tion in China,and also the fundamental purpose of accelerating the development of new productive forces in Chi-na.The key to high-quality development is to fully recognize the important role of human resources in economic and social development.Vocational education,as a type of education closely related to economic and social de-velopment,has economic value in promoting high-quality economic development,social value in enhancing the wealth creation ability of disadvantaged groups,and educational value in promoting educational equity.Since the planned economy,vocational education has given full play to the significant role in cultivating technical talents at different stages of urban construction,and has made great contributions to urban high-quality development.Entering a new era,it is necessary to grasp the connotation mechanism and clarify the logic path of vocational ed-ucation serving urban high-quality development,take vocational education as the guidance to establish organic links between urban strategy,social demand,and human resources development,and emphasize moral educa-tion,construction of management system,and diversified collaborative innovation,so as to provide more solid and reliable intellectual support for urban high-quality urban development.
