The Practice Mode and Development Path of the Construction Model of Industrial Schools in Vocational Colleges
As an important component of the national implementation of industry-education integration,vo-cational colleges and industrial colleges are effective measures to solve the current difficulties of weak coopera-tion between schools and enterprises,mismatch between professional settings and industrial demand,and discon-nection between talent supply and enterprise demand.They also provide service support for regional industrial development.The construction of industrial colleges in vocational colleges promotes the high-quality develop-ment and industrial transformation,the upgrading of vocational colleges,and the in-depth integration of industry and education,which is of great significance.In the specific practice of school constructing,different models have emerged,among which the most typical ones are:"major+single enterprise"model,"major+multi enter-prises"model,"major+industry association(leading enterprises)+multi enterprises"model,and"multi colleg-es+multi enterprises"model,presenting the characteristics:diversified types,vocational colleges dominating,diverse and integrated professional structures,and forming a certain organizational structure.Faced with new op-portunities in the era,measures should be taken to clarify the essence of industrial schools,highlight industrial at-tributes,explore independent legal identity,and involve multiple entities,so as to continuously deepen the con-struction model of industrial schools in vocational colleges.
