基于历时性与共时性视角,明晰我国基础教育课程改革的控制变量,对深入推进基础教育高质量发展具有重要意义.着眼基础教育新课程改革控制变量的演进分析,发现持续推进的改革相伴国家层面持续"做课程","潮起潮落"之形,"一脉性""多元性"和"相对稳定态"之质越发显现,发现存在相对稳定的函数表达式即y=f(c & s & t)的实践逻辑方程.着力中国式基础教育现代化的课程改革的高质量发展,包括对第一个十年的自变量"课堂"(Class)和"有效课堂全动力模型"展开描述,第二个十年的自变量"学生"(Student)和"学生核心素养培养全动力模型"进行诠释,第三个自变量"教师"(Teacher)和"教师专业化发展全动力模型"全面预测,籍此理清控制变量之间的叠加融合关系,或者更好地控制和改进控制变量的逻辑关系助力长远规划,对基础教育提质增效尤为重要.
The Evolution and Prospect of Controlled Variables in the New Curriculum Reform of Basic Education——A Two-dimensional Analysis Based on Diachronicity and Synchronicity
From the diachronic and synchronic perspectives,it is of great significance to clarify the con-trolled variables of China's curriculum reform in basic education for promoting the high-quality development of basic education.Based on the analysis of the evolution of the controlled variables of the new curriculum reform,this paper finds that the continuous basic education of the reform is accompanied by the continuous"Doing Cur-riculum"and"Ebb and Flow"at the national level,the quality of"one pulse","diversity",and"relative stabili-ty"becoming more apparent;it is found that there is a practical logical equation of y=f(c & s & t)which is a relatively stable functional expression.This paper focuses on the high-quality development of curriculum re-forms on the modernization of the Chinese style basic education,describes the independent variable"Class"and the"fully dynamic model of an effective classroom"in the first decade,interprets the independent variable"Stu-dent"and"all-dynamic model of student core literacy cultivation"in the second decade,and comprehensively predict the third independent variable"Teacher"and"full-dynamic model of teacher professionalization develop-ment",so as to clarify the superposition and fusion relationship among the control variables,or better control and improve the logic of controlled variables to facilitate long-term planning,which is particularly important for improving the quality and efficiency of basic education.
