数字化转型赋能法治教育的价值、境遇和路径

数字化转型赋能法治教育既是教育强国建设的重要组成部分,也是法治教育高质量发展的客观要求.新发展阶段,数字技术为法治教育的深入推进提供了重要支撑,在彰显法治教育的数字理念、涵育教育主体的数字素养、增扩法治教育的数字形态、创新法治教育的数字方式等方面具有显著价值.同时,法治教育数字化转型也面临教育价值共识疏松、教育主体合力有限、教育教学内容冗杂、教育教学方式固化等一系列挑战.当前,从数字理念赋能法治教育价值重塑、数字素养赋能法治教育机制增效、数字形态赋能法治教育内容提质、数字技术赋能法治教育范式创新四个方面入手,可以助力法治教育的数字化转型.
The Value,Situation and Path of Digital Transformation Empowering Legal Education
The deep integration of digital transformation into education has focused prominently on the ad-vancement of legal education,where the study of digital transformation empowering legal education becomes a key focal point in its high-quality development process.In this new stage of development,digital technology with its significant advantages for the in-depth promotion of legal education provides an important support in the manifestation of digital concepts of legal education,the nurture of digital literacy of education subjects,the ex-pansion of digital forms of legal education,and the innovation of digital mode of legal education.At the same time,the digital transformation of legal education is also facing a series of challenges,such as the loose consen-sus on educational values,the reduction of the education efficiency,the limited synergy of educational subjects,the detrimental effect of digital legal education,the redundancy of educational and teaching content,the decline of the education validity,the solidification of teaching methods,and the constraint of the effectiveness of educa-tion.It is suggested to start from four aspects:the digital concept empowering the reshaping of the value of legal education,digital literacy empowering the efficiency of legal education mechanism,digital form empowering the quality of legal education content,and digital technology empowering the innovation of legal education para-digm,thereby facilitating the digital transformation of legal education.
