The Analysis of the Connotation and Relationship of Organizational Education,Independent Education,and Practical Education of the Young Pioneers'Organization
Young Pioneers is a school for children to learn socialism with Chinese characteristics and communism,and has a unique law compared with school education.The educational law of Young Pioneers is conceived in its educational practice.Organizational education,independent education and practical educa-tion are the basic forms of Young Pioneers'education summarized from long-term practice.Accurate under-standing of the basic connotations of the three educational forms and adhering to the organic unity of the three forms are the fundamental guarantee for educating Young Pioneers.The organizational education refers to the education inherent in,based on and for the Young Pioneers;the independent education involves the education aimed at cultivating the subjective spirit and independent quality of Young Pioneers and carried out through the independent activities of Young Pioneers;the practical education means that the educational ap-proaches are various practical experience activities rather than book knowledge,and the purpose of education is mainly achieved through activities and experiences.Organizational education,independent education and practical education respectively answer the inherent laws of Young Pioneers'education from three aspects:the education essence,the education subject,and the education approach.Organizational education is the foun-dation,independent education is the key,and practical education is the guarantee.They support,penetrate and influence each other,and are unified in the great practice of"uniting,educating and leading the vast number of children to grow up into new people of the times who can shoulder the great responsibility of national reju-venation".
