Exploration and Enlightenment of Cadre Education Practice in the Central Soviet Area
This paper explains the cadre education system in the Central Soviet Area from three aspects:the connotation and significance of the cadre education in soviet areas,the practical characteristics of the cadre education in soviet areas,and the practical enlightenment of the cadre education in the Central Soviet Area.Central Soviet Area has built a rich,systematic,practical and efficient cadre education system under a tough and simple environment.The system has the flexibility of classifying and grading in education form,the political nature of guiding in education theme,the practicality of emergency response in education con-tent,and the inspiration of deep learning and insight in education method.This is to help the new revolution-ary team grow and mature rapidly in the complex and changeable struggle environment,and become the core political force leading the development direction of China.It also provides valuable lessons and profound en-lightenment for strengthening the education of party members and cadres and dealing with the great changes that have not happened in the past century.
