教育强国战略是强国战略的重要组成部分.从历史逻辑来看,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,针对教育强国做出了一系列重大战略部署,形成了"诞生——形成——塑形"的演进逻辑.从"教育救国"到"教育建国",从"科教兴国"到"教育强国",回应了人民接受优质教育的期盼,补齐了强国战略中的发展短板,走出了中国式教育强国现代化的必由之路.然而,新时代的教育强国战略思想需要进一步彰显人的全面发展的教育理念,需要持续强化为党育人、为国育才的教育信念,需要不断形成上下联动、左右互通的教育治理格局.面对时代之问,应始终坚持党的全面领导、建设高质量的教育体系等保障教育强国战略的顺利实施.
Evolutionary Logic and Practical Path of Building a Leading Country in Education
The strategy for building a leading country through education is an integral component of the strategy of building a strong country.From the perspective of historical logic,the Party Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core has made significant strategic deployments for building an edu-cation powerhouse,forming an evolutionary logic of"born--forming--shaping".From"saving the country through education"to"building the country through education",and from"invigorating China through sci-ence and education"to"building a leading country through education,"the strategy has responded to the people's desire for quality education,filled the development gaps within the strategy of building a strong country,and embarked on the necessary path of modernization of a Chinese style education strong country.However,the strategic thought of strengthening the country through education in the new era needs to further highlight the educational concept of people's all-round development,continuously strengthen the educational belief of educating talents for the Party and the country,and continue to form an educational governance pat-tern of top-down and left-right interaction.In the face of the challenges of the times,it is necessary to ad-here to the Party's comprehensive leadership and build a high-quality education system to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through education.
