The Impact of Sense of Professional Acquisition on the Reduction of Career Decision-making Difficulty of Vocational College Students——An Analysis of Mediating Effects Based on Resilience
The sense of professional acquisition is not only the key factor influencing the future career de-velopment of vocational college students,but also an important index to measure the construction of profes-sional connotation in higher vocational colleges.This study takes vocational college students as the research object,and by clarifying the connotation construct of the concept of professional acquisition,empirically ana-lyzes the mechanism effect of professional acquisition on career decision-making difficulty.The results show that the sense of professional acquisition can directly and significantly reduce the career decision-making diffi-culty of higher vocational college students,and psychological resilience plays a partial mediating effect in the impact path of professional sense of gain on career decision-making difficulty;in the four constructs of pro-fessional acquisition,sense of actual participation,sense of academic achievement,and sense of personal growth can significantly reduce career decision-making difficulty,while the effect of interpersonal emotion is not significant;psychological resilience plays a complete mediating effect in the path of interpersonal emo-tions on career decision-making difficulty,but only partially mediates the impact of actual participation,aca-demic achievement,and personal growth on career decision-making difficulty.
