Research on the Content and Path Optimization of High Quality Teacher Team Construction in China——A Qualitative Nvivo Analysis Based on Policy Texts
The high-quality teacher team is the backbone of the development of high-quality education.This paper selects China's policy texts closely related to the construction of high quality teacher teams,and codes them with Nvivo11 software.The coding analysis shows that:in the construction of the teaching staff,as the core foundation,the construction of teachers'personality and morality demonstrates insufficient dis-course guidance and mechanism innovation;as a key support,the professional development system and col-laborative training mechanism for teachers'professional competence building are not yet sound;as a defen-sive shell,the construction of management system software urgently needs to break through bottlenecks in the reform of teacher personnel system management;as a powerful engine,the hardware construction of platform technology lacks integration between its teacher development platform and digital information technology.The construction of a high-quality teacher team is a systematic project that requires to establish a Chinese characteristic teacher ethics discourse system and the improvement of a long-term mechanism for the con-struction of teacher ethics and style;improve the professional development system for teachers and set up a collaborative training system for outstanding teachers and talents;deepen the reform of the teacher personnel management system and promote its comprehensive and effective synergy;and promote the digital transforma-tion of teacher development platforms and facilitate the integration of teacher education bases with digital technology.
