A study on the Survey and Development of Regional Teachers'Data Literacy in the Context of"Strong Teacher Plan"
Paying attention to and improving the data literacy of primary and secondary school teachers is a basic need for the implementation of the"Strong Teachers Plan"and the national education digitalization strategy.In view of this,this paper investigated the data literacy status of school teachers in City S of East China,using a stratified sampling method,and found that:the data literacy of the school teachers in City S is at a medium-to-high level,but the level of basic knowledge and core skills is relatively low;there is a signifi-cant difference in the data literacy of teachers of different types of schools,school stages,and professional titles;the school environment,technology perception,system use,and self-efficacy have significant positive effects on data literacy of school teachers,manifested as a linear regression relationship of"Teacher Data Lit-eracy Level=0.418+0.325 × School Environment+0.246 × Technology Perception+0.189 × System Us-age+0.128 Self-efficacy."In the light of this,this paper proposes to strengthen the top-level design of educa-tion and implement the data literacy enhancement project for teachers;establish a data application assessment mechanism and carry out precise training on data literacy;actively create a campus data environment to real-ize the penetrative cultivation of data literacy;and value the regional and urban-rural differences to avoid the data literacy gap in the future.
