数字化转型不仅是职业教育基于数字技术赋能提升适应性的发展使然,更是以时代性的系统改革实现自身高质量发展的重要战略.在信息技术发展的同时,职业教育也发生了信息化的深刻变革,从计算机到互联网到当前利用大数据进行职业教育数字化转型,工业4.0人工智能时代与职业教育数字化接踵而至.在信息生态理论、数字韧性理论和数字治理理论的推动与融合中,职业教育数字化转型不断走上新阶段.以数字化发展为契机,职业教育数字化转型的实现需要转变职业教育数字化理念、营造职业教育数字化环境、强化职业教育数字化资源建设、完善组织保障和数字安全体系四方面协同构建发展路径,加快实现职业教育现代化.
Digital Transformation of Vocational Education:Connotation,Logical Framework and Implementation Path
Digital transformation is not only the result of the development of vocational education based on digital technology empowerment to enhance adaptability,but also an important strategy for achieving high-quality development through timely system reform.Along with the development of information technology,vocational education has also undergone profound changes in informatization.From computers to the Internet to the current use of big data for the digital transformation of vocational education,the Industry 4.0 era of ar-tificial intelligence and digital vocational education came one after another.With the promotion and integra-tion of information ecology theory,digital resilience theory and digital governance theory,the digital transfor-mation of vocational education continually enters new stages.Taking digital development as an opportunity,the realization of digital transformation in vocational education requires a collaborative approach that involves the shift in the digital education concept,the creation of a digital environment,the strengthening of digital re-source construction,and the improving of organizational guarantees and digital security systems.Efforts should be made to jointly construct a development path from these four aspects and accelerate the moderniza-tion of vocational education.
