The rapid development of digital technology has brought transformative changes to the educa-tion system and has become a key driver of high-quality development in graduate education.However,there are still challenges,including the structural and targeted insufficiency of digital resource supply,limited abil-ity to meet interdisciplinary expansion needs,and a mismatch between educational technology and teaching content.To better achieve high-quality development of digital empowerment in graduate education,the focus should be on graduate development,learning,and learning outcomes.This involves addressing the holistic de-velopment of graduate students,supporting personalized learning,and enhancing critical competencies.In edu-cational practice,emphasis should be placed on leveraging digital technology through strategies such as em-ploying comprehensive management systems to enhance graduate training effectiveness,utilizing digital profil-ing to support monitoring of learning conditions and dynamic development,integrating adaptive learner mod-els,knowledge graphs,and generative AI tutors to facilitate personalized learning,and expanding the use of virtual reality technology to enhance graduate research capabilities.In the future,the foundational principle should be meeting the individual needs of graduate students,priority should be given to expanding educa-tional resources,the key aim should be optimizing the accessibility of digital resources,the development di-rection should be to advance the integration of educational technologies,and the key task should be improv-ing the evaluation mechanisms for digital empowerment in graduate education.
