数字化赋能研究生教育:以学生为中心的高质量发展路径

数字技术的快速发展为教育系统带来了全新变革,已成为推动研究生教育高质量发展的重要手段.当前仍存在数字资源供给的结构性与针对性不足、跨学科拓展需求满足有限、教育技术与教学内容脱节等问题.为了更好地实现数字化赋能研究生教育高质量发展,应以研究生发展、学习过程和学习效果为中心,关注研究生的全周期发展,支持学生个性化学习,注重研究生关键能力提升.在教育实践中聚焦数字化技术赋能,利用全生命周期管理系统提升研究生培养效能,数字画像助力学情预警与动态发展,自适应学习者模型、知识图谱和生成式AI智能导师促进研究生个性化学习,扩展虚拟现实技术促进研究生科研能力提升.未来应以关注研究生个性需求为基本原则,以扩大研究生教育资源为重要抓手,以优化数字教育资源可达性为关键目标,以推进教育技术整合应用为发展方向,以完善技术赋能研究生教育评估为重点任务.
Digital Empowerment of Graduate Education:A Student-centered Path to High-quality Development
The rapid development of digital technology has brought transformative changes to the educa-tion system and has become a key driver of high-quality development in graduate education.However,there are still challenges,including the structural and targeted insufficiency of digital resource supply,limited abil-ity to meet interdisciplinary expansion needs,and a mismatch between educational technology and teaching content.To better achieve high-quality development of digital empowerment in graduate education,the focus should be on graduate development,learning,and learning outcomes.This involves addressing the holistic de-velopment of graduate students,supporting personalized learning,and enhancing critical competencies.In edu-cational practice,emphasis should be placed on leveraging digital technology through strategies such as em-ploying comprehensive management systems to enhance graduate training effectiveness,utilizing digital profil-ing to support monitoring of learning conditions and dynamic development,integrating adaptive learner mod-els,knowledge graphs,and generative AI tutors to facilitate personalized learning,and expanding the use of virtual reality technology to enhance graduate research capabilities.In the future,the foundational principle should be meeting the individual needs of graduate students,priority should be given to expanding educa-tional resources,the key aim should be optimizing the accessibility of digital resources,the development di-rection should be to advance the integration of educational technologies,and the key task should be improv-ing the evaluation mechanisms for digital empowerment in graduate education.
