The Practical Dilemma and Promotion Strategy of the Construction of the"Double-qualified Teacher"Team
The construction of the"double-qualified teacher"team is an important measure to promote the implementation of the"double-high plan"in higher vocational colleges.However,the high-quality development of modern vocational education has put forward higher requirements and new expec-tations for the construction of the teacher team in vocational education.At this stage,there are still some dilemmas that urgently need to be solved in the construction of the"double-qualified"teacher team in higher vocational colleges,such as,the imperfect system,unclear training paths and insufficient team building.Based on this,starting from the iceberg theoretical model,this paper explores the synergistic effect of the explicit quality and implicit quali-ty of individual teachers in the process of teacher team construction,and puts forward the strategy of promoting"double-qualified teacher"team construc-tion in a targeted manner,in order to empower the"double-high plan"construction of higher vocational colleges and promote the high-quality develop-ment of vocational education.
