人工智能技术发展赋予教师发展挑战与机遇,教师个体何以生存、明确其角色定位亟待研究.从概念出发,基于生物共生关系的类型学隐喻,提出人机共生是教师与人工智能的应然选择.从共生的理论基础分析,人工智能运用于教育后给教师带来的"利"与"害".在此基础上,提出需从理解角色间的相互关系出发,探索教师生存、转向和共生之路.在"乘风破浪"的人工智能时代,希冀教师得以保有其角色的生命力,构建与人工智能相得益彰的新格局.
Teachers and Artificial Intelligence——A Mutually Beneficial and Symbiotic Choice
The development of artificial intelligence technology has brought challenges and opportunities to teachers,and it is urgent to study how in-dividual teachers can survive and clarify their roles.Based on the typological metaphor of biological symbiosis,this paper proposes that human-computer symbiosis is the natural choice for teachers and artificial intelligence,and analyzes the"benefits"and"harms"brought by the application of artificial in-telligence to teachers in education from the theoretical basis of symbiosis.On this basis,it is necessary to explore the paths for teachers'foundation of sur-vival,the posture of turning and the state of symbiosis,based on the understanding of the mutual relationship between roles.In the era of artificial intelli-gence,teachers can maintain the vitality of their roles and build a new pattern of cooperation between teachers and artificial intelligence.
