A Study on Factors Influencing the Willingness to Participate Community Learning Community Based on UTAUT Model
Community learning community is an important form of promoting the development of community education and optimizing community gov-ernance.From the current situation of community residents'participation in learning,with the UTAUT model as an empirical analysis,it can be seen that 10 factors,such as funding support and core member abilities,have a positive impact on the willingness to participate in community learning,with factors such as venue allocation,activity frequency,and funding support having the most significant impact.There are significant differences in willingness to par-ticipate among those of different genders,educational levels,work situations,and the 45+age groups,but there is no significant difference in income lev-els.Therefore,in order to promote the cultivation and development of community learning communities and the willingness of residents to participate,we need to take measures at four levels:policy systems,management mechanisms,and financial support at the government level;publicity and guidance,re-source integration,training and direction,and platform construction at the community level;internal ecology,activity content,and self mechanism at the community level;as well as individual self-awareness,promotion and guidance,and individual commitment at the individual level.
