11个灵芝菌株的栽培性状和酯酶同工酶研究

利用短段木熟料栽培法对11个灵芝菌株进行栽培,结果表明:不同灵芝的栽培性状互有差异。其中8、新6、6、12、13具较好的栽培性状(产量高、子实体形状好、产孢量大)。此外,通过PAGE分析,并分别测定相关的酶谱相似度(T)和联合系数(S),结果发现:S1与其余各菌株间的差异最为明显,与其它菌株的亲缘关系最远;亲缘关系最近的是6新6、新6C1、13C3(T,S值最大,T=1,S=1,6、新6、C1三菌株酶带数量和位置一样,但酶活性存在区别);另外具较好栽培性状的菌株(8、新6、6、12、13)其酶活性都较强,表现为酶带宽且色深。
A Study on the Cultivation Properties of Eleven Strains of Ganoderma lucidum and Their Esterase Isozymes
By cultivating 11 strains of Ganoderma lucidum with the way of sterilizing short wood log, the result showed that: 8, New6, 6, 12, 13 have good cultivation properties with high yield, excellent fruitbody shape and many spores. Furthermore, with PAGE analysis and determining esterase similarity (T) and alliance index(S), the results as following: S1 has biggest esterase differences with other strains which get the most distant relation. The colsest esterase relation exist between 6 and New6, New6 and C1, 13 and C3 (with highest T and S, they have the same esterase isozymes with different vitality). Those who owning good cultivation properties (such as 8, New6, 8, 12, 13)have more vital esterase isozymes with big width and deep color.
