研究了赤霉素处理对茭白采后生理的影响,结果表明:赤霉素处理可抑制茭白硬度、呼吸速率和乙烯释放量上升,延缓茭白SOD和CAT的活性的下降及MDA含量的上升。
Effect of GA3 on Postharvest Physiology ofWater Bamboo Shoot
Effect of GA3 on postharvest physiology of water bamboo shoot was investigated. The result showed that the hardness, respiration rate, released C2H2 and MDA content were inhibited, and the declination of SOD and CAT activities were delayed.
