响应面法优化樟树叶精油水蒸汽蒸馏提取工艺

采用单因素试验方法、3因素3水平响应面分析方法,对影响水蒸汽蒸馏法提取樟树叶精油的提取时间、水料比、提取功率3个关键因素进行了优化试验.结果表明:优化提取条件为提取时间65 min,水料比12.495∶1,提取功率1 194W.在此条件下,2月份和5月份两次采集的叶样,其叶精油提取率分别为1.427%和2.139%.
Optimization of Extraction Techniques for the Essential Oil in Leaves in Cinnamomum camphora by Response Surface Methodology
With the single-factor test and then the three-factor and three-level response surface analysis (RSA) , the extraction conditions for the leaf essential oil in Cinnamomum camphora by water vapor distillation were optimized. The result indicated that the optimization extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction time was 65 min, and the ratio of water to material was 12.495:1, and the extraction power was 1 194 W. Then, the extraction rate of the essential oil in the leaves collected in February was 1.427% , and was 2.139% in the leaves collected in May.
