Research Advances in Genetic Mapping and QTL in Pepper
This paper summarizes the researches concerned with genetic mapping and QTLs analysis on related traits in pepper in the recent decade, including construction of intraspecific maps, interspecific maps, integrated maps, and the QTLs mapping of main agronomic traits such as disease and insect resistance traits, fertility restorer in pepper.The paper also discusses the problems about the related studies and the aim is to provide the theory reference for molecular marker-assisted selection of pepper.
