In order to promote the development of immunopotentiators of Pseudosciaena crocea, the effects of dietary curcumin on acid phosphatase ( ACP ) , alkaline phosphatase ( AKP ) activities in different tissues and the contents of serum cytokines of Pseudosciaena crocea were studied. The experiment was divided into three experiment groups ( D1-100 mg/kg,D2-150 mg/kg,D3-300 mg/kg) and one control group. The samples were respectively collected on the 30th days and the 45th days. The results indicated that, compared with the control group, when the dietary curcumin supplement level was 100 mg/kg, the ACP activities of liver and proximal intestine plus with the AKP activities of gill, stomach, muscle and liver increased significantly(P<0.05,the same as below). The dietary curcumin supplement level of 150 mg/kg affected the activities of ACP in muscle, liver and proximal intestine as well as the activities of AKP in gill, stomach, muscle, liver and proxi-mal intestine. When dietary curcumin supplement level was 300 mg/kg,the ACP and AKP activities of distal intestine plus with the AKP activity of mid intestine increased insignificant (P>0.05,the same as below). At the same time, the ACP and AKP activities in other tissues increased significantly. In addition, compared with the control group, only the contents of TNF-α increased significantly when the dietary curcumin supplement level was 100 mg/kg. The contents of GM-CSF, IL-2 and TNF-α all increased significantly when the dietary curcumin supplement level was 150 or 300 mg/kg.Besides,in term of the contents of IFN-γ,there were no sig-nificant differences among the three groups, but they decreased in the two periods. On the whole, the dietary curcumin supplement level of 300 mg/kg had a better effect on phosphatase activities in different tissues and the contents of serum cytokines in Pseudosciaena crocea.
