Advances in Research on Quality Characters and Processing Eligibility of Citrus reticulata
Citrus reticulata is a fresh fruit next to orange citrus producted in the world.In view of the pres-ent situation that C. reticulata resources are rich but not fully utilized,through comparative analysis of quality characters of six C. reticulata cultivars including Nanfengmiju,Satsuma mandarin,Ponkan,Sugar orange,Ben-dizao and Hongju,the direction of deep processing of C. reticulata is discussed.According to the quality charac-ters of citrus products the best cultivars of C. reticulata are suggested,providing theoretical guidance for the processing of high quality C. reticulata.
