Selection of Excellent Families and Analysis of the Growth Trait Variation of the 1-year-old Half-sib Family of Euscaphis konishii
Based on the investigation on the growth of 30-year-old half-sib families of Euscaphis konishii in the flower bonsai base of Jiangxi Agricultural University,the growth trait variation of the families were analyzed. The results showed that:there were significant difference in height,biomass,photosynthetic rate and SPAD val-ue;in addition, there was great poteutial of genetic improvement in height, biomass, photosynthetic rate and SPAD value.The PCA results showed that the 7 traits were synthesized into 4 principal components which ac-counted for 88.11% of the total variation.30 families were divided into 5 categories through cluster analysis, and optimal families,which were 29#,26#,14#,27#,25#,28#,were selected.
