[目的]旨在研究禁捕对鄱阳湖鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)生长特性和种群参数的影响,了解鄱阳湖鳜种群恢复情况,为鄱阳湖鳜资源的保护和开发利用,以及评估禁捕效果提供数据支撑。[方法]使用FiSAT II软件分析禁捕前(2016-2019年)和禁捕后(2020-2022年)湖区6个采样区域的鳜资源调查数据,评估鄱阳湖鳜资源状态和生长特征。[结果]鳜平均体长和体质量呈逐年增长的趋势,且禁捕后鳜平均体长[(316。20±95。55)mm]和体质量[(1 104。80±927。90)g]均显著高于(P<0。05)禁捕前的鳜平均体长[(213。22±63。90)mm]和体质量[(294。07±272。47)g],禁捕后鳜体长大于200 mm或体质量大于250 g的个体数量占比增加,体长变动系数的平均值(SVL= 29。14±3。64)显著小于(P<0。05)禁捕前(SVL=35。01±3。46);禁捕后鳜生长参数平均值(K=0。49±0。15、b=3。165 1±0。089 2)大于禁捕前(K=0。41±0。10;b=3。071 5±0。227 6),鳜渐进体长[L∞=(581。0±84。9)mm]、渐进体质量[W∞=(6 270。77±3 088。52)g]和生长性能指数(φ′=5。198±0。233)的平均值均大于禁捕前[L∞=(420。0±61。8)mm;W∞=(2 188。44±941。19)g;φ′=(4。846±0。221)];鳜的生长速度和生长加速度在禁捕后呈现逐年增加的趋势;禁捕后鳜平均拐点年龄(2。25龄)相比于禁捕前(2。48龄)降低,但对应平均拐点体长[Li=(278。61±101。30)mm]和拐点体质量[Wi=(1 269。01±482。86)g]相比于禁捕前[Li=(242。20±70。69)mm;Wi=(460。28±403。67)g]有所增加;禁捕后平均捕捞死亡率(u=0。29±0。01)显著小于(P<0。05)禁捕前(u=0。35±0。03),各采样点鳜单位捕捞努力量渔获量(CPUE)也大于禁捕前。[结论]禁捕可以改善鄱阳湖鳜资源小型化的趋势,提高鳜的种群数量,对恢复鳜资源具有一定的积极作用。
Research of growth parameters and population characteristics of Siniperca chuatsi in Poyang Lake before and after fishing ban
[Objective]This study aims to evaluate the effects of the fishing ban by investigating the growth parameters and population characteristics of Siniperca chuatsi in Poyang Lake before and after the fishing ban,thus providing references and research data for the protection and utilization of S.chuatsi.It is also helpful in evaluating the effects of fishing ban in Poyang Lake.[Method]FiSAT II software was used to analyze the survey data of Siniperca chuatsi resources in six sampling areas before(2016-2019)and after(2020-2022)the ban on fishing,and to evaluate the resource status and growth characteristics of Siniperca chuatsi in Poyang Lake.[Result]The results showed that average standard length[(316.20±95.55)mm]and average weight[(1 104.80±927.90)g]of S.chuatsi after fishing ban were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those[(213.22±63.90)mm;(294.07±272.47)g]before fishing ban,and the mean value of variation coefficient of standard length(SVL=29.14±3.64)was significantly(P<0.05)smaller than that before the fishing ban(SVL= 35.01±3.46).The average value of growth parameters(K=0.49±0.15、b=3.165 1±0.089 2)at the initial stage of fishing ban were higher than those(K=0.41±0.10;b=3.071 5±0.227 6)before the ban.The average value of asymptotic standard length[L∞=(581.0±84.9)mm],asymptotic weight[W∞=(6 270.77±3 088.52)g]and growth performance index(φ′=5.198±0.233)were higher after the fishing ban in comparison with those[L∞=(420.0±61.8)mm;W∞=(2 188.44±941.19)g;φ′=(4.846±0.221)]before the ban.After the fishing ban,the growth rate and acceleration of growth rate of S.chuatsi showed a trend of increasing year by year,the average age at inflection point(2.25 age)of S.chuatsi was lower than that(3.97 age)before the fishing ban.The standard length and weight at inflection point[Li=(278.61±101.30)mm;Wi=(1 269.01±482.86)g]were higher than those[Li=(242.20±70.69)mm;Wi=(460.28±403.67)g]before the ban.After the fishing ban,the mean value of fishing mortality of S.chuatsi(u=0.29±0.01)decreased compared with that(u=0.35±0.03)before the fishing ban,and the catch per unit effort(CPUE)of S.chuatsi were sharply higher than that before the ban.[Conclusion]In summary,the growth parameters,miniaturization tendency and resources of S.chuatsi in Poyang Lake were apparently improved after the fishing ban,indicating that the fishing ban has obvious positive effects on the habitat and environment of Poyang Lake.
