Differential changes in the enrichment of five heavy metals in different parts of watermelon fruits at the expansion stage differential study of enrichment changes in different parts of melon
[Objective]To clarify the differences in the enrichment changes of five heavy metals in different parts of watermelon fruits during the expansion period.[Method]Different parts of watermelon fruits and the corresponding inter-root soil of the fruits collected from July 8 to July 22 were used as the research objects, and the quantitative analysis of the five heavy metals in the samples of Cd,Cu,As,Ni and Cr was carried out according to the corresponding national standard methods, and based on the results of the quantitative analysis, the differences in the changes in the enrichment coefficients of the five heavy metals in different parts of watermelon fruits in the expansion period were explored.[Result]With the extension of time, the enrichment coefficients of Cd,Cu,As and Ni in watermelon rind showed the trend of increasing, decreasing, then increasing and decreasing, and the enrichment coefficients of Cr showed the trend of first increasing and then decreasing;near the last sampling time, the enrichment coefficients of As,Ni and Cr in fruit flesh showed the trend of increasing, decreasing, increasing and then decreasing, the enrichment coefficients of Cu showed the trend of decreasing, increasing and then decreasing, and the enrichment coefficients of Cd The Cd enrichment coefficient showed a strong fluctuation, which suggests that delaying the harvesting period is conducive to reducing the Cd enrichment level in the rind and pulp of watermelon. The differences in Cd,Cu,Ni,Cr and As enrichment between the upper part of watermelon rind and upper part of fruit flesh were relatively strong.[Conclusion]There are differences in the enrichment changes of the five heavy metals in the rind and pulp of watermelon, according to which the fruit enrichment level of the target regulatory heavy metals can be reduced by delaying the picking at the right time or harvesting in advance;the upper part of the rind is suitable to be used as a representative site for exploring the changes in the enrichment of the five heavy metals in the rind of watermelon, and the upper part of the pulp is suitable to be used as a representative site for analyzing the changes in the enrichment of the Cd,Cu,Ni,Cr,and As in the pulp of watermelon, respectively.
