Design and experiment of hydraulic stepless speed front suspension double disc mower
[Objective]To solve the problem of the speed of the double disc mower cutting disc unable to achieve infinite speed regulation,a hydraulic stepless Speed double disc mower with front suspension is designed.[Method]The geometric and motion parameters of the double disc cutter and hydraulic system were established through theoretical analysis,and key hydraulic components were selected.Workbench software was used to perform static structural and modal analysis on the hydraulic station frame and check its safety.Box-Behnken experimental design principles were adopted,selecting the forward speed of the machine,the rotational speed of the cutting disc and the number of blades as test factors,and the rate of recutting and the rate of loss of missed cuts as test indicators,regression models were developed for parameters optimization and validation.[Result]The results of static structural analysis and modal analysis show that the maximum deformation of the hydraulic station frame under static load is 2.84 mm,and the maximum stress is 65.01 MPa.The strength and stiffness of the frame meets the design requirements.The lowest intrinsic frequency of the rack in the first order modal,with a value of 25.2 HZ,vibration frequency of the hydraulic pump is 24 Hz,which is lower than the lowest intrinsic frequency of the frame(9.23-19.6 Hz).The frame will not experience resonance.The experimental results show that the machine can complete the tasks of alfalfa cutting and laying and stacking.The optimal operating parameters are:the forward speed of the machine is 5.89 km/h,the rotational speed of the cutting disc is 2 200 r/min,and the number of blades is 2.[Conclusion]The field validation test results show that when the forward speed of the machine is 7.5 km/h,the rotational speed of the cutting disc is 2 000 r/min,and the number of blades is 3,the recutting rate is 1.12%,the missed cutting loss rate is 0.18%,and the performance is stable and reliable.All indicators meet the technical requirements of the rotary mower.
