雪茄茄芯烟干物质积累及氮、磷、钾养分吸收分配规律

[目的]旨在实现雪茄烟茄芯品种科学合理的养分供应,提高雪茄烟叶产量和品质,探究雪茄烟烟株生长过程中各部位干物质积累及氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)养分吸收积累和分配规律。[方法]通过大田试验研究雪茄烟茄芯品种云雪39,在移栽期、伸根期、旺长期、下部叶采收期、中部叶采收期、上部叶采收期6个关键生育时期植株的干、鲜重积累量和N、P、K养分吸收规律,测定计算烟株各部位干、鲜重,N、P、K养分含量及分配比例。[结果]整个生育期植株N、P、K养分累积量分别为4。92,0。46,5。43 g/株,干、鲜重分别为184。61 g/株、1013。63 g/株。整株及根、茎、叶鲜重积累量分别占全生育期总质量的36。68%、41。26%、38。61%、34。06%,整株及根、茎、叶干重积累量分别占全生育期总质量的38。63%、41。87%、40。65%、35。62%,此时为顶叶终采期,是烟株各部位干鲜重积累最快的时期。全生育期植株吸收的N、P、K均主要分配在叶片中,并以旺长期占比最高,分别达到整株积累总量的85。35%、77。37%、79。16%。顶叶终采期雪茄烟吸收的N、P、K养分,分别占各自全生育期总吸收量的37。74%、38。23%、36。18%。[结论]雪茄烟茄芯烟株鲜重、干重积累及对不同养分吸收规律均符合Logistic曲线,雪茄烟全生育期对N、P、K养分吸收量由高到低依次为K、N和P,其中旺长期至成熟采收期是雪茄烟鲜、干重与养分吸收积累最快的时期。不同部位干、鲜重与养分累积量从大到小依次为叶部、茎秆、根系。当鲜烟叶产量达到3 645。75 kg/hm2水平时,每生产100 kg雪茄烟干烟叶需要吸收N 3。04 kg、P2O5 0。28 kg、K2O 3。35 kg,比例为1∶0。09∶1。1。
Study on dry matter accumulation and nutrient absorption and distribution of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in cigar eggplant core
[Objective]In order to realize the scientific and reasonable nutrient supply of cigar core varieties and improve the yield and quality of cigar leaves,the dry matter accumulation,nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P),potassium(K)absorption accumulation and distribution law of each part during the growth of cigar plants were investigated.[Method]The cigar core variety Yunxue 39 was chosen as the research material.Field experiments were conducted to study the accumulation of dry and fresh weight and the nutrient absorption rules of N,P and K in six key growth periods:transplanting period,root extension period,thriving period,lower leaf harvesting period,middle leaf harvesting period and upper leaf harvesting period.Dry and fresh weight,nutrient content of N,P and K in each part of the tobacco plant were measured and calculated.[Result]During the whole growth period,the nutrient accumulation of N,P and K were 4.92 g/plant,0.46 g/plant and 5.43 g/plant,respectively.The dry and fresh weight were 184.61 g/plant and 1 013.63 g/plant,respectively.The accumulation of fresh weight of whole plant,roots,stems and leaves accounted for 36.68%,41.26%,38.61%and 34.06%of the total weight for the whole growth period,and the accumulation of dry weight of whole plant,roots,stems and leaves accounted for 38.63%,41.87%,40.65%and 35.62%of the total weight for the whole growth period,respectively.It is the period of the fastest accumulation of dry and fresh weight in each part of the tobacco plant.N,P and K absorbed by plants were mainly distributed in leaves during the whole growth period,and the proportion was the highest in the flourishing period,reaching 85.35%,77.37%and 79.16%of the total accumulation of the whole plant,respectively.The N,P and K nutrients absorbed by cigar in the final harvest stage of parietal leaves accounted for 37.74%,38.23%and 36.18%of the total absorbed amount in the whole growth stage,respectively.[Conclusion]The accumulation of fresh weight and dry weight and the absorption of different nutrients in cigar plants were in line with Logistic curve.The absorption ranking of N,P and K nutrients in cigar plants during the whole growth period was K>N>P,and the fastest period of fresh,dry weight and nutrient absorption and accumulation was between prosperous period and mature harvesting period.The dry and fresh weight and nutrient accumulation in different parts were leaf,stem and root in order from the largest to the smallest.When the yield of fresh tobacco leaves reaches the level of 3 645.75 kg/hm2,N 3.04 kg,P2O5 0.28 kg and K2O 3.35 kg need to be absorbed in every 100 kg of cigar dry tobacco leaves,and the ratio is 1∶0.09∶1.1.
