油茶不同树体结构对光的响应及主要经济性状的差异分析

[目的]探究油茶(Camellia oleifera)不同的树体结构对产量及品质的影响,为油茶适宜树体结构的筛选及高效栽培提供参考。[方法]以油茶良种'华硕'(C。oleifera'Huashuo')、'华鑫'(C。oleifera'Huaxin')为研究对象,对不同树体结构油茶的光照分布、光合特征、叶片质量(含水量、比叶面积、叶厚、叶绿素含量)、果实主要经济性状(单果质量、单果鲜籽质量、单果干籽质量、鲜出籽率、干出籽率、果形指数以及产量)和油脂品质(棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生烯酸)进行测定与分析。[结果]2个油茶良种的相对光照强度,在开心形和自然圆头形树体结构中均表现为上层外围>下层外围、上层内膛>下层内膛、上层外围>上层内膛、下层外围>下层内膛,呈现出自上而下、由外而内逐级递减的规律,在不同树体结构间呈开心形高于自然圆头形的趋势;光合特征方面,2个油茶良种上下层的净光合速率差异显著,均为开心形>自然圆头形;果实经济性状方面,树体结构对油茶产量的影响最为显著,'华硕'开心形和自然圆头形的单株产量分别为6。72 kg和4。98 kg,'华鑫'开心形和自然圆头形的单株产量分别为6。62 kg和4。25 kg,2个油茶良种的单株产量、冠层产量均为开心形>自然圆头形,但种仁含油率及油脂成分均无显著差异。相对光照强度与单株产量呈极显著正相关(r=0。58**),净光合速率与单株产量呈极显著正相关(r=0。69**),且相对光照强度与净光合速率呈显著正相关,相关性系数为0。52。[结论]'华硕''华鑫'2个油茶品种在自然条件下,开心形树体的光照分布更为合理,光能利用效率更高,能够实现丰产稳产。
Analysis of different tree structures for light response and the difference of main economic traits in Camellia oleifera
[Objective]This study aims to investigate the effects of different tree structures on yield and quality of Camellia oleifera,thus providing reference for the screening of suitable tree structures and efficient cultivation of C.oleifera.[Method]With the C.oleifera varieties'Huashuo'and'Huaxin'as research objects,the light distribution,photosynthetic characteristics,leaf quality(water content,specific leaf area,leaf thickness,chlorophyll content),main economic traits of fruits(single fruit mass,single fruit fresh seed mass,single fruit dry seed mass,fresh seed rate,dry seed rate,fruit shape index and yield)and oil quality(palmitic acid,stearic acid,oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,arachidonic acid)of C.oleifera with different tree structures were measured and analysed.[Result]The relative light intensity of the two improved varieties of C.oleifera in the tree structure of the open center shape and the natural round head shape was as follows:the upper peripheral>the lower peripheral,the upper inner chamber>the lower inner chamber,the upper peripheral>the upper inner chamber,the lower peripheral>the lower inner chamber,showing the law of decreasing step by step from top to bottom and from outside to inside.Among different tree structures,the open center shape was higher than the natural round head shape.In terms of photosynthetic characteristics,the net photosynthetic rate of the upper and lower layers of the two C.oleifera varieties was significantly different,with open center shape>natural round head shape.In terms of fruit economic traits,the tree structure had the most significant effect on the yield of C.oleifera.The yield per plant of'Huashuo'with open center shape and natural round head shape was 6.72 kg and 4.98 kg,respectively.The yield per plant of'Huaxin'with open center shape and natural round head shape was 6.62 kg and 4.25 kg,respectively.The yield per plant and canopy yield of the two improved varieties of C.oleifera were open center shape>natural round head shape,but there was no significant differences in kernel oil content and oil composition.The relative light intensity was significantly positively correlated with the yield per plant(r=0.58**),and the net photosynthetic rate was significantly positively correlated with the yield per plant(r=0.69**),respectively.The relative light intensity was significantly positively correlated with the net photosynthetic rate,and the correlation coefficient was 0.52.[Conclusion]Under natural conditions,the light distribution of the open-center tree of'Huashuo'and'Huaxin'was more scientific due to its higher light energy utilization efficiency as well as higher yield and quality.
