农业灾害气象风险预警在线订阅式服务模式研发与应用

农业灾害气象风险预警服务在农业科学抗灾田管中具有"发令枪"作用,对于保障粮食和重要农产品稳定安全供给有重要意义.为提升安徽省农业生产抗灾田管场景的主要灾害气象风险精准预报预警和精细服务能力,基于气象网格实况/智能网格预报、农情遥感等多源数据与农业气象灾害风险预警指标、方法的融合应用,研发了包含农业气象专题数据云、算法云、产品智能加工端、服务应用端"两云两端"功能于一体的农业灾害气象风险预警服务模式.该"云+端"服务模式,可基于协同过滤算法捕获应用端用户的个性化需求,通过云化算法即时响应针对性农业灾害气象风险预警服务.服务模式已应用于新型农业经营主体智慧气象服务示范,对于提升农业防灾减灾气象服务水平有积极意义.
Research and Application of Online Subscription Service Mode for Agricultural Disaster Meteorological Risk Warning
The meteorological risk warning service for agricultural disasters plays a crucial role in the scientific management of disaster resistant fields in agriculture,and is of great significance in ensuring the stable and safety supply of food and important agricultural products.In order to improve the accurate forecasting,warning,and refined service capabilities of major disaster meteorological risks in the disaster resistant field management scenarios of agricultural production in Anhui Province,a service mode for agricultural disaster meteorological risk warning including agricultural meteorological thematic data cloud,algorithm cloud,product intelligent processing end,and service application end"two cloud ends"functions has been developed,based on the integration of multi-source data from meteorological grid real-time/intelligent grid forecasting and agricultural remote sens-ing with agricultural meteorological disaster risk warning indicators and methods,.This"cloud+end"service model can cap-ture personalized needs of application end users based on collaborative filtering algorithms,and respond to target agricultural disaster meteorological risk warning services in real time through cloud based algorithms.The service model has been applied to the demonstration of intelligent meteorological services for new agricultural management entities,which presents positive sig-nificance for improving the level of meteorological services for agricultural disaster prevention and reduction.
