基于数字档案的江西降水量数据集研制与应用

为实现馆藏气象档案资源管理与应用效益最大化,对气象数字档案进行梳理挑取、质量控制、数据融合,新生成长序列、高分辨率降水量数据文件,建立了江西1954-2020年分钟、小时、16时段年最大降水量数据集.分析评估表明:1)R60文件填补了 A6、A7文件中119站年的数据空白,A6、A7文件弥补了 R60文件中22站年的数据缺失,融合后有29个台站小时降水量数据前推了 1 a以上.2)1963年开始分钟降水数据的正确率稳定在88%以上,人工观测期间订正率在0.2%左右,2005年自动化观测后分钟数据的完整性和质量明显提高.3)年最大降水量数据集增加了 150 min极值的挑取,数据序列长度比R15文件平均前推了 14 a.4)计算机挑取的15个时段年最大降水过程与人工挑取的一致率达89%,平均相关系数达0.95.该数据集提高了江西降水量数据的完整性和质量,而且新挑取的5-20 min短时段年最大值更客观和精确,弥补了人工挑取的不足.
Development and Application of Jiangxi Precipitation Dataset Based on Digital Archives
In order to maximize the benefits of archive resource management and application,the data collation and selection,quality control,and data fusion of meteorological digital archives were carried out to create new growth sequence and high-resolution precipitation data files,and the precipitation data set of minute,hour and 16-period annual maximum precipitation in Jiangxi from 1954 to 2020 was established.Analysis and evaluation showed that:1)The R60 file filled the data gap of 119 sta-tion years in the A6 and A7 files,and the A6 and A7 file made up the data gap of 22 station years in the R60 file.The hourly precipitation data of 29 stations were pushed forward for more than one year after fusion.2)Since 1963,the accuracy of minute precipitation data was more than 88%,and the correction rate was about 0.2%during manual observation.After automatic ob-servation in 2005,the integrity and quality of minute precipitation data were obviously improved.3)The annual maximum pre-cipitation data set was increased by 150 min,and the data series length was pushed forward by an average of 14 years compared to the R15 file.4)The annual maximum precipitation processes of 15 periods were selected randomly by computer and artificial,the coincidence rate of which is 89%,and the average correlation coefficient is 0.95.The data set improves the integrity and quality of precipitation data in Jiangxi,and the newly selected annual maximum of 5-20 min is more objective and accurate,making up for the shortage of manual selection.
