Innovative Development of Digital Governance Ethics
The rise of emerging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,and big data has brought social governance into a new digital era.In the digital age,digital technology is embedded in social governance,and the key link is not only to use digital technology to improve the effectiveness of social governance,but more importantly,to realize that the ethical princi-ples in traditional social governance are not fully applicable to the needs of digital governance prac-tices.Therefore,in order to promote digital governance towards good governance,the innovative de-velopment of digital governance ethics has been unstoppable.In the process of digital governance,the innovative development of its ethics is mainly reflected in the following aspects:the subject ethics of digital governance has changed from the traditional unitary value orientation to the coexistence of modern multiple values;digital governance decision ethics marches towards modern substantive jus-tice from traditional form justice;digital governance service ethics marches towards the modern peo-ple first from the weak consciousness of traditional public servants;the supervisory ethics of digital governance has changed from the incompleteness of traditional procedures to the impartiality of mod-ern procedures.
