Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the Communist Party of China combines the Marxist concept of fairness and justice with the specific real-ity of China in the new era to construct the CPC's concept of fairness and justice in the new era.Compared with the understanding of fairness and justice before the 18th CPC National Congress,the concept of fairness and justice of the Communist Party of China in the new era starts from highlight-ing the value of fairness and justice,shifting from implicit value to explicit value in value leadership,and transforming from growth development to shared development on the premise of realization.In terms of internal motivation,the reform is transformed from a balanced reform to a fair and just re-form,and the principle is changed from the principle of object to the principle of the unity of subject and object,and the ultimate aim is to achieve a high degree of unity between the comprehensive de-velopment of human being and the common prosperity of all the people,which has enriched the new connotation of the Marxist concept of fairness and justice,and developed and upgraded the new realm of the Marxist concept of fairness and justice.
