中国与"一带一路"沿线国家产业共生模式与演进路径

推动产业共生发展是打造"一带一路"命运共同体的重要途径.在4种典型的中国与沿线国家产业共生模式中,对称互惠共生模式是最稳定、最有效率的共生模式,共生模式的稳定状态及演化方向主要取决于合作双方共生作用系数;观察期内100个与我国产业合作的沿线国家中,4个处在偏利共生阶段,其余96个均处在非对称互惠共生阶段,且绝大部分沿线国家的合作受益程度远大于中国.根据影响双边共生作用系数的前三种关键因素偏效应特征可知,产业依存关系、经济规模、GVC嵌入程度以及双边友好关系对共生作用系数的影响呈现非线性特征,当双边产业依存关系达到一定程度或者双边友好关系不断提升时,能够有效推进中国与"一带一路"沿线国家产业合作向对称互惠共生模式演化.
Industrial Symbiosis Model and Evolution Path Between China and Countries Along the"Belt and Road"
Promoting industrial symbiotic development is an important way to build a"Belt and Road"community of shared future.In four typical industrial symbiosis models between China and countries along the route,symmetrical mutualism is the most stable and efficient symbiosis model,and the stable state and evolution direction of symbiosis model mainly depend on the coefficient of symbiosis between the partners.During the observation period,among the 100 countries along the route that cooperate with our industry,four of them are in the commensalism stage,the remaining 96 are all in the asymmetrical mutualism stage,moreover,the degree of cooperation benefit of most coun-tries along the route is much greater than that of China according to the first three key factors that af-feet the coefficient of bilateral symbiosis.It can be seen that the effects of industrial dependency,eco-nomic scale,GVC embedding degree and bilateral friendly relations on the symbiosis coefficient pres-ent nonlinear characteristics.When the bilateral industrial dependence relationship reaches a certain degree or the bilateral friendly relationship continues to improve,it can effectively promote the indus-trial cooperation between China and the countries along the"Belt and Road"to evolve into a sym-metrical mutualism and symbiosis model.
